There is something so mysterious and intriguing about a beach – that you can’t help falling in love with one. Some of my best memories with my family and friends are spent strolling on a pristine beach. Today millions of tourists are flocking towards beaches around the world – making it over crowded at times. However there are still many beaches which have preserved their natural beauty. So today I am going to share with you a list of beaches which are so beautiful – that it seems the God has taken a lot of time to craft them.

Ko Pha Ngan, Thailand

If you haven’t heard of the “full moon party” that only means you are a boring person – I mean who doesn’t know about the most happening party of the world! FMP as the name suggests is an all night party on the island of Ko Pha Ngan located in the Gulf of Thailand. Today a full moon party will have an attendance of 20,000+ people – where you can listen to live bands performing to different kinds of music. It has been voted as the 10 most beautiful beaches in this world. Phra Nang Beach has got a picture perfect scenery in addition to an excellent swimming beach. To reach this beach you will have to take a 10 minutes long tail boat ride from Ao Nang. The most unique feature of this beach are the cliffs and rock formations in the sea – just adjacent to the beach. If you are interested in snorkeling you will get the opportunity to see a wide variety of fishes. In case you are hungry you will fins many boats selling local delicacies. Cayo Largo is one the most beautiful resort island which belongs to Cuba. The interesting part is that nudism is totally legal in Cayo Largo (although in designated areas) – but still isn’t it naughty? You can find majority if the tourists in the west beaches – Playa Sirena and Playo Paraiso. If you are interested in water sports – there are plenty of options for you. In the southern part of the island the water is crystal clear and you can even see the water bed from above. There are also living coral reefs that you can closlely observe. The historical significance of Tulum is that it is one of the last inhabited city of Mayas – today it is a tourist hot spot in Mexico. Apart from pristine beaches with blue ocean – Tulum offers lots of archaeologically important sites for the visitors. The 3 interesting structures that are of interest are – The Temple of Descending God, El Castillo and The Temple of Frescoes. The beach comprises of inlets between the huge granite rocks – hence the name of the beach. It is located near Cape Town, South Africa. But the main reason why this beach is such a popular tourist destination is because of a colony of awesome African Penguins which have settled here. The penguin population is approximately 3000 and luckily you can observe them at close quarters. So need to go to Antarctica to see penguins – there are right there on the Boulder Beach.
